How long does a detail take?
One to two and a half hours for most cars. Add the Wax & Shield and it can run to three. A car that has not been cleaned in a year takes longer than one that gets washed every month.
Do I bring the car to you?
No, we come to you. We're based in Bellevue and we work across the Eastside. All we need is a parking space with room to walk around the car. Anything past a 20-mile drive adds $30.
Why is there a deposit, and why can't I get it back?
25% up front holds the slot, and it comes off the final bill. It is not refundable because a no-show costs us the entire block of time we set aside for you. Tell us before the day of the appointment and we'll move the booking at no charge.
Why doesn't the site just tell me the price?
The listed prices are starting points for a car in average shape. What you actually pay depends on the make, the model, and the condition. An SUV, truck, or van is a flat $25 more. Send us photos and we'll give you the real number before you commit to anything.
What is Wax & Shield?
UV wax on the paint, so the clear coat doesn't fade and chalk, plus a hydrophobic coating on the windshield so rain beads and rolls off instead of smearing. It's $65 on its own and $50 added to any service.
Do you do ceramic coating, engine bays, or headlights?
Not yet. Engine bay cleaning, ceramic coating, and headlight restoration are all coming. Ask us and we'll tell you when they're bookable.
Can you get pet hair and set-in stains out?
Yes. Both are part of the Interior Deep Clean, not an extra. Heavy pet hair takes time, so mention it when you book.
Are you insured?
Yes. Your car is covered while we're working on it.
What do you use on the car?
Eco-friendly, pH-neutral products. Better for the paint, and better for whatever the runoff ends up in.
I need it done tomorrow. Can you?
Sometimes. An emergency booking is $20 on top and depends on what's already on the schedule. Call rather than filling in the form — it's faster.
